Corporate Social Responsibility: Small Changes Making a Big Impact

As a business focused on consumables, we have a crucial role in supporting the companies we work with to reduce their reliance on plastic and make the switch to more sustainable, recyclable alternatives. But we’re also continuously looking at our own ways of working to minimise our impact on the environment. From using recycled and recyclable materials in our products to minimising packaging waste, we make sure our own processes reflect those we recommend to our customers.

Supporting sustainable practices across our business

How we behave as a business matters to the world around us. We understand the important role we have on society, the environment and the economy, and we’re committed to making responsible changes, for ourselves and our clients, to make a real difference.

We believe that business success goes hand in hand with positive environmental and social impact and our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility reflects our dedication to creating a more sustainable future for us all.

We are proud of our status as a carbon neutral business, as verified by Carbon Neutral Britain. To maintain this important accolade, we continue to work closely with the Woodland Trust to rigorously monitor and offset our carbon emissions.

We are also able to provide a number of our products on a carbon neutral basis, with full certification. Our Carbon Neutral Purchasing Programme is supported by Carbon Neutral Britain for products such as pallet wrap and certain protective packaging.

Partnerships That Make a Difference
Supporting The Grace Trust
As a grant-making charity, The Grace Trust oversees grants to a wide range of charitable causes that have been awarded funds following a comprehensive and stringent selection procedure. Run entirely voluntarily, we believe it is a worthwhile way to ensure we are making a real difference to those who need it.

We support over 500 national and local life-saving charities such as the Air Ambulance.
Working with the Big Blue Ocean Clean-Up
We joined forces with the Big Blue Ocean Clean Up to help protect our nation’s coastline. We’re located just a few short miles from the beach so this is really personal and very important to us.

Big Blue Ocean Cleanup is an ocean conservation non-profit working across the globe. We sponsor our own unique stretch of coastline and participate in local beach cleans. We’re committed to protecting the environment not just in our back yard, but at every touch throughout our supply chain.
