What I do at Acopia: I’m privileged to be surrounded by a great team here at Acopia as we strive every day to fulfil our purpose to build a great company sustainably. I spend a lot of my time in the business working on vision, culture & innovation as these 3 things are very important to me to grow a successful, sustainable business.

What’s Important to me: I believe in creating win-win opportunities to enable others to get ahead in life.

Fun fact: A strenuous walk on a lovely day in the south downs is my thing.

Time at Acopia: 12 years

What I do at Acopia: I head up the busy Operations Department that fulfils the promises made by the rest of the team. I love happy customers that keep coming back for more.

What’s Important to me: I always choose to be positive. I believe that if we strive for better in everything we do, we will always be improving.

Fun fact: I am rather partial to roast potatoes and have been known to devour 50 in one sitting! This was a long time ago though!

What I do at Acopia: Work with our team to ensure we build a great business sustainably. Ensuring whatever we do we are adding value.

What’s Important to me: Without great people you can’t build a great business. It’s important that people feel safe and cared for at work, that way you will get happy, loyal hard-working people that will sustain the journey whatever the weather.

Fun fact: Love a good BBQ.

What I do at Acopia: I am privileged to be leading a great team in searching out sustainable sourcing solutions that will ensure that we offer our customers top value products at least cost to the planet.

What’s Important to me: I am passionate about finding new products and solutions, contributing to an outstanding work environment, and helping to give back to the communities we live and work in.

Fun fact: I have 9 grandchildren
