How I contribute to the purpose: As CEO I lead with purpose and keep the team aligned on what matters most through setting the vision, clearing the noise, and making space for smart, simple, impactful ideas to shine. I’m here to make sure our teams have the clarity, tools, and energy to move fast and stay focused. It’s about creating a culture where less is more—less complexity, less waste, less friction—so we can deliver more value, more impact, and more wins for our customers.

How I contribute to the purpose: I am responsible for the businesses current and future strategic plans, ensuring we have the capacity to grow and realise our ambitions. I am also responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the day-to-day operations and supporting each of the teams with data and information to allow for the best possible decision making. Providing the system support for our bespoke procurement platform MyAcopia, I am in the unique position to enable all our customers to do more with less every day

How I contribute to the purpose: I lead the retail sales team at Acopia, working with businesses to help them achieve more with less through smarter use of their operational consumables. I'm focused on building strong partnerships and finding practical, efficient solutions that support our clients' goals. With a collaborative approach, I’m always looking for new ways to add value and drive better outcomes.

How I contribute to the purpose: The Marketing team is passionate about helping businesses make our purpose a reality. By developing and sharing educational content, practical insights, and real-world examples, we support better decisions that save time, reduce waste, and deliver real results – making it easier for customers to do more with less.

How I contribute to purpose: Whether I’m clearing roadblocks, juggling diaries, or making sure the right conversations happen at the right time, my role is all about creating headspace for the Directors to lead with clarity and impact. The smoother their day runs, the more energy they can put into driving change—and that ripples out to every customer we support. So, while I might not be on the front lines, I’m very much part of the engine room—making sure we’re all set up to do brilliant things with less waste, less stress, and a whole lot more focus.
